Staff wss great

The staff was very friendly. We stayed for one night and the room had everything we needed.

From the time that I walked into the door to the time that I left that clerk, Jennifer was very helpful. She was very professional on guiding us where we can go for our anniversary dinner then she went her way to make sure that my room was an excellent condition. She was a very awesome person. I couldn’t have been more satisfied than I was that day. Thank you.

The first day, they asked for deposit 20 dollars, but refundable, the next day other receptionist charge me 5 dollars more, in total 25 dollars. I asked why, they say because of your dog...i said it's a services dog and showed the certificates. At the end they say, ok we will reimburse, but it never happened. I called them and they said we need to talked our manager. Other they are not pet friendly as they announce, one of the recepcionist yell on me only because i entered to the looby just to ask.

it smelled bad.

Bed was good, it was clean, and it did what I needed, a place to sleep. But we were refused extra pillows and there was a faint smell of smoke even though we had a no smoking room.

Ants in room.

The place is too expensive for how old and dirty everyrhing is. Average of $115 a night for room with a TV that barely worked, water that took 30 minutes to warm up, poor wifi, and ants everywhere.

Just not what we expected for $140. Long wait at check-in. Minimal free breakfast offerings. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.
