The pool wasn't avaliable or ready, wasn't very clean, needs lotsa maintenance

Theh charged my card and after i paid cash for my room the room smelled like mkld was nasty

I discovered several bed bug bites on my second day. That was it for me

Location was good.

Breakfast was a joke. Flake cereal, bread and eggo like waffles with a toaster to cook your own. No other options. Toilet was dirty. Shower barely had pressure. Your site listed a pool and hot tub, pool been closed for 7 years and no hot tubs.

Worst hotel ever! False advertising!! No pool!!! no fitness center!!! No hot breakfast!! Smells like a nursing home!! Ants all I’ve the room when we woke up evening the beds it was horrible!!! I would not recommend this hotel! Staff very rude man tried to yell because I wasn’t paying him fast enough when I was cleaely getring my cars out to pay!! I would not recommend 0/10 for me!!!!!

The location was perfect for what we needed, however, the beds were much smaller than we expected them to be. They was barely enough room for 2 average adults. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were good. I would like to thank the early morning staff for making coffee early for us- super helpful!

For us, the room was just fine. The bed was comfortable and bedding clean. The room itself did have a weird smell, but that might be because they are remodeling several rooms (not ours yet). The gal at the front desk was very sweet. The only off thing was, we made our reservation on hotels.com, then I was asked if I wanted an upgrade to a King for an extra four dollars. Well yes we would, thank you! At the hotel, they didn't get the information - I showed it still pending on my side in the app. The husband came up to the desk and charged us an extra $10 for the upgrade, which was a discount from $14. We just got home last night so will check to see if we ended up paying the entire $14. If we did, we are calling it good. I just want to mention it so people know. While $14 is not a lot, yes it is! In spite of this, we are still rating the stay a 4 because it was a better stay than a 3.

The room just felt dirty walking in. I didn't feel comfortable taking my shoes off on that floor. Glad I didn't because there was a bug on the floor in the bathroom, behind the door. The water pressure is terrible, even just in the sink. We stayed here for the free breakfast and pool. Breakfast was toast, cereal and "frozen" waffles. The waffles were room temperature with the bread. One milk jug was empty, we threw it away, and a worker immediately came and got it from the trash...i feel like they refill it or something. I chose not to eat because of cleanliness. The pool, looks like it hasn't seen water for years. Very disappointing in the stay.
