This place is dirty run down and the guy that checked me in was rude

The carpet in the room was very dirty and damp bed cover was stained sheets were clean. It smelt really heavy of cigarette smoke

The room was not very nice the air conditioner wasn’t working right very loud all night when we reserved you offered us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub. We did not get that was told we needed to take that up with you. Because you made the mistake not them even though I showed them confirmation

Not really pleased with the lack of usable amenities. Pool was not usable, no fitness cente, breakfast only consisted of ceral and waffles.

Terrible terrible terrible. A/c didn’t work. The place didn’t have an elevator for anyone who can’t walk up stairs. The only room with a king size bed that I reserved couple days ahead of time didn’t lock from the hallway. Just terrible

Fine for a night. Room was comfortable.

No elevator, seniors had to carry luggage up 20 steps. Continental breakfast was BARE minimum, had to staff to fix grounds in coffee canteen and to bring out some apple juice. Was charged $15 for extra person in double bed room because I missed noting 2 when booking. And still waiting to get my Wyndham points.

Burn holes on blankets Jets in spa tub didn't work

The rooms were not clean. I saw 3 of them and all were bad. There were holes burned in the sheets of the beds.the first room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I found a cockroach in my room on day 3 of a 5 day stay, so they had me switch rooms. They showed me 2 other rooms, but both were dirty. Options were limited, so I picked the less dirty of the two. Couldn't wait to check out. Will not stay here again.
