Good location along Hwy 97/Harvey. We couldn’t hear the main road from our rooms on the backside of the building, which was nice.

Double Rooms are two double NOT queen beds. I missed that detail when booking. The building is getting run down and the walls in our room hadn’t been washed in a long time, but otherwise, it was relatively clean.

Literally nothing. There isn't a single thing about this place that I liked. Nothing at all.

The staff are atrocious. They are nice on the phone but in person act like they're interrogating you and that you're an idiot. I needed a place to stay despite living in Kelowna and the front desk questioned why I'd do this as if it was a crime. Rooms are awful, cleanliness is awful, beds are awful, everything about this place is awful.

Location is good, on the highway like many others which makes it easy. As it was a medical visit for me, I didn't get to enjoy the pool or the breakfast but my caregivers did and it was great.

The room was comfortable generally although a few rough spots. Perhaps some of the rooms could use a bit of a refresh.
