Super 8 by Wyndham Kelowna BC

The location of the property is good. It is situated near to restaurants, shopping centers and not very far from city park.

The rooms are not spacious enough. The major concern was that there was a theft from our car parked within the hotel premises at the night of our stay. We lost jackets, medicines, sunglasses that were left in the car . Hotel staff were neiher empathetic nor did not investigate any further after we left. They told they will check CCTV footages but no news yet. Seems like this is one of many incident. Security is a concern

Room was mostly updated and very clean. The breakfast was alright for a free breakfast and the front counter staff were very nice and helpful.

Layout of the room, sink is outside the washroom. Too costly to change plumbing and layout. Was good for what it is!

Having never stayed in a Super 8 before this was a lovely stay. The staff were lovely and helpful and the laundry room was just what I needed and cheap.

Maybe a bit far out of town but I knew this before I booked

It was quite clean at check in. The pool area was well maintained. There was a breakfast area and it was clean

We had two back to back bookings and lined them up in the same room; we were there Fri-Wed. The room was not cleaned once while we were there, nothing refreshed (towels etc.) we had to ask the front desk for towels mid way through, we had to put our garbage cans outside the door in the morning to get emptied. The hot breakfast items were the same every day. Tater tots and hard boiled eggs.

Breakfast did not meet our expectations: there was no variation from one day to another and no meat was served.
