Location proximity to the airport

The carpet in the room aggravated my allergies. Also, the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak (which had signs of a long time leak) and I woke up to the bathroom floor being flooded.

Easy to book. Was close to meeting site. Breakfast was well stocked.

Guests above room didnt quiet down till after midnight and I had to be up at 5:30am.

The room was nice and clean the staff was friendly and intending

I really didn't have a bad experience

Day shift front desk has poor communication skills, I am not talking about language, yes there are some language issues, but it’s the lack of hospitality, the lack of understanding, lack of respect for my time, that is the issue, if you tell me to wait 15 minutes, and 45 minutes later you just realize that thing isn’t happening, you aren’t doing your job, and it’s not like there were other guests, no just me sitting there, can’t understand why it took 30 minutes after it shouid have happened to recognize it didn’t, and then 15 minutes later you call and get it done, and the person doing it tells me that they were only told of it at that moment, not 45 or 60 minutes earlier when you first told me it was being taken care of, and then you saw me sit down in the lobby. Would I stay again? for the right price I can overlook the water stains on the ceiling or the pink stain on the carpet, but it would need to be a very good price to overlook the daytime front desk staff.

Window shade room 316 is broken, will not lower last 10 inches leaving lots of street lights and noise in. I got very little sleep. Also noise in hallways was excessive. Again kept me awake. Will not recommend this hotel to others.
