"A Nasty Hotel"

The fact that the facility was dirty and had cockroaches. The facility had a nasty smell to it. We booked our stay for October 10th-12th, and needless to say, we checked out Saturday morning at 9:00 am. Will not go back to that hotel again. The bathroom was dirty as well. It looked like they didn't clean the shower at all.

Everything was very nice. The room was clean and almost exactly what we paid for.

Upon arrival we were told that they had no reservation for us. After some time and research he did finally find the information from booking.com. We paid for a king bed with a sleeper sofa and hot tub. There was no sleeper sofa. Around 3-4 am we started hearing water dripping at a higher rate of speed. My husband noticed it was coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom. He got the front desk attendant who said it must be a a broken pipe because the building is old and it’s happened before. She brought a bucket to put under it and told us the manager would be in at 7 am to reimbursement because they were full and had no other room they could move us to. The dripping water kept me up the rest of the night. When talking to the manager he said the only thing he could offer was $15 for the inconvenience. Also the sausage at breakfast was rock hard and don’t try the apple juice because it’s not very tasty.
