"Will not return"

There was no evidence of pests. The mattress & pillows were comfortable enough.

We received a message to upgrade to air conditioning a few days before our arrival. I assumed the rooms would have air / heating. We upgraded. The room had sticky residue on the bed side tables and the desk chair. I cleaned those with my cleaning wipes. The shower curtain had a crunchy texture and a brown stain on the lower portion. There were 2 used wash cloths left on the shower curtain. I placed those in a plastic bag then tied the shower curtain up to prevent touching it since it appeared dirty. The shower diverter did not work properly. There is an approximately 1/4 inch of gap in the caulking around the tub. The bathroom appears due for a renovation. We did not ask for the hotel to fix the simple cleaning issues. If the rooms are not correctly prepared for arrival, I do not trust these to be fixed once notified. Friday evening the noise from several occupants included doors slamming, loud talking and music from 10pm until 3am Saturday morning. I chose this hotel over the Quality Inn directly beside it based on the ratings.

Overall good stay. You get what you pay for and that is what this property is. Clean with no frills. I would seriously spend some time cleaning up the landscaping. It really gives an awful first impression

"Poor Customer Service "

Your website said I was booking in Kokomo Indiana and really was Rochester, you wouldn’t change the reservation to the correct hotel in KOKOMO and I lost my money. My 21 year old son was traveling through Indiana late at night and I tried to book him a room for his safety but was misled. I tried to work it out with your company but wouldn’t work with me. I will never use your company ever again- poor customer service!!
