Super 8 by Wyndham Richfield Cleveland

I was told there is breakfast included but no. Have no chairs in the room.

No breakfast despite saying breakfast included. Hallways smelled like people were smoking, no ice machine or anything due to construction. Room was nice and smelled good and was clean but the deadbolt didn't lock which made me nervous since it was just my 8 year old and I. Staff was nice. My son forgot his hoodie that he just got for his birthday last week after checking out. Half hour later after realizing, we drove back and they were able to get it for us. Overall decent stay for what we needed. Was in town from Cincinnati for a concert at Blossom and just needed somewhere to sleep.

There were two roaches in the room

Only slept here while passing through, good for the money, get what you pay for. Just wanted a bed, so was good for just that.

Everything was good, except that the breakfast was not available (though its mentioned that it’s available while booking). This caused an extra hour to go out and look for a breakfast place and eat and come.. Had we known regarding that earlier, we would have booked a different place that was available nearby with a breakfast. That caused extra time and money and also to rush to meet the checkout time (which is difficult to manage when you have small kids).

They were remodeling but my room was fresh and clean.

I got a great price and would go back if I could get a room not so close to the elevator. They were supposed to have breakfast but there was a sign that it was temporarily unavailable so they offered coffee and granola bars. BUT, it was inexpensive, clean and safe.

Deplorable conditions. Smells like cat urine and strong chemicals. No breakfast provided as promised on my confirmation paperwork. Hallway disgusting, unfinished drywall in room, plumbing rusted and broken, a/c leaked all over floor in a large area, refrigerator compressor so loud we unplugged it, shears were shredded to about one third the size, curtains were ripped and would not cover the windows. Rusted lighting fixtures everywhere and furniture was dinged and dented. Not much was clean and the guy lied on the phone. Booking. Com needs inspect and remove property from their website.

See above. I travel extensively and this is the worst property I have ever been in. If it weren’t a large concert night with no other available rooms in the area I wouldn’t have stayed!
