Super 8 by Wyndham Richfield Cleveland

Reserved king bed 2 months in advance, nothing available. Second floor was under complete construction and very loud. They did not have breakfast, the electronic lock on our room didn't work so they made us change rooms. TV did not work, had to sign in to one of your streaming platforms just to watch TV. The coffee tasted like burnt water. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at through Hotels.com. Would not recommend to anyone.

Não gostei de nada. A localização, para um pernoite entre NY e Chicago, é boa, mas não vale nem de graça. Péssimo! O pior hotel que já me hospedei! As fotos no Booking não condizem com o hotel. Durma no carro estacionado num posto de combustível da região, não não aceite ficar nesse local nem de graça. Pena não conseguir anexar o vídeo, seria muito mais esclarecedor.

Não gostei de tudo! Ao chegar, vimos que ele não condizia com as fotos, mas aceitamos pois estávamos cansados e seria apenas um pernoite. Enquanto eu e minha esposa separávamos as roupas para tomarmos banho (temos dois filhos para separar roupas também), meu filho mais velho começou a se coçar. Eram percevejos, muitos! Ele estava deitado sobre os lençois. Ao levantarmos os lençois, havia uma infestação. Impossível ficar! Para não me alongar, simplesmente esse hotel não tem condição de funcionar. Insalubre! Fomos embora para o hotel em frente, pagamos caro, mas era limpo. Ah, enquanto eu acertava nossa entrada no hotel em frente, a atendente me mostrou um percevejo andando na minha camisa. Estavamos em quatro pressoas num quarto e outras duas em outro. O atendente era educado, tenho que admitir, mas claramente é só um funcionário que depende daquele emprego e, quase em pânico, me disse que não poderia me reembolsar Vou tratar disso com o Booking.com.

The bed was comfortable

No breakfast. The room stunk. The floors were damp. Hair dryer had been torn off the wall.

My experience was very pleasant . The young man working the front desk (check in &out same person) was very courteous. He Asked how was my day while checking me in and wished me a wonderful day as I was checking out. They are under remodel, so expect the usual construction mess. Overall an excellent experience.

Stay away, this motel is not up to par with Wyndham. Bugs in the bed, no AC, bad shape on items in room, im going to get my monies refunded.

The receptionists were great. Very happy and easy going. They made sure our stay was pleasurable. The new rooms were very nice and taken care of.

Checked in and left for another hotel was horrible

The hotel was nice enough to allow me to change the reservation. But I cannot give it higher stars because it does not have a restroom in lobby. And there are some other things: The hand soap dispensers in room are not working. The hotel does not have a phone in room. I have to call the front desk by my cell phone. It is in renovation. so the breakfast is not available but they do not update their listings.
