Nothing at all

I was there less than 9 hours and found bedbugs on the cover that my 3 year old was under. I asked for a new room none available. The man asked me if I wanted him to change the cover smh. I asked for a refund and I'm currently waiting on the refund after speaking to a booking customer service agent. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS STORE AGAIN

Clean towels and sheets. Nice front desk employee. Affordable.

No breakfast. Room reeked of what I believe to be mold and a nasty prior guest. Urine covering the toilet seat when I lifted up the lid. Lobby smelled like cigarettes.

Room was dirty. AC unit had a spit like wetness on it. The bed sheets were dirty. The rugs had some dorty material on them

Room smelled like cat and someone had clearly been living there long term. Hotel is home to several long term renters and as two young females we did not feel safe staying at this location.

Hallway stunk like weed, room was dingy, window dirty and smudgy. TV screen very dark with 6 light spots across the picture. Linoleum in bathroom peeling up. TV remote was sticky. But the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature good.
