"Ugly looking cracks in bathtub"

The service was great. A very comfortable bed. My only concern was the bathtub had several cracks in it, and it looked awful. I should have asked for a different room, but i didn't.

"Avoid at all cost"

HORRIBLE. Dirty, filth on walls, and mouse droppings. I asked for a refund and checked out. When Hotels.com equested a refund they denied my story and lied against me. Very upsetting

The staff was very nice, check in was easy, the room was ok, bed was comfortable w nice pillows, the bathroom needed some repairs...leaky showerhead leaks and tub faucet leaks with showerhead

NO refrigerator in the room. NO microwave in the dining area. Just surprised me. Otherwise an ok place to stay.
