The price was good for us but it could use some updates and a little more deep cleaning. We were unsure of the Covid rules for cleaning so the first day we got new towels but no bed made, the second day we dis not get anything done. When getting new towels we were told they were sorry oir room got missed. How do you miss cleaning a room when I'm sure you no more than 10 rooms rented. While the free breakfast was nice and everything was individually wrapped, i think it would have been more appealing if the muffins had been manufactured wrapped, like Otis Spunaker or some brand, instead of 2 mini muffins put in a baggie. Same with the cereal, buy small boxes.

Clean hotel conveniently located right off the interstate. TV had poor reception and no cable. No coffee maker in room, but had both coffee and condiments. The bed was comfortable for sleep, but edges of mattress were more rigid so not as comfortable to sit on edge of bed.

Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive. Main areas were clean. Location was good. Cons: The rooms are not very clean. Had to request a different room because the first still needed a fresh bed. Second room also had some issues. Need a deep cleaning, then more attention to regular cleaning.

Old and dirty. Beds were in bad shape and the carpet was dirty. However, the staff was very nice. Breakfast served in individual baggies that were packed by hand.

The carpeting was old and tremendously soiled. They have Brooke Upholstery on the recliner was old and worn and spoiled looking. Neither drain in the sink nor the bathtub would hold any water since the drain stoppers did not work.

Checked in went to room pulled back sheets and had spiders crawling around, left immediately, tried to get refund and they denied me! Will never go back and do not recommend!!!

Very friendly staff. Allowed a late checkout which helped me incredibly. Clean room and good breakfast.

Room was very dated and in poor condition. Walls were dirty, tissue was stuffed in peephole, and found a sharp piece of plastic with a large staple sticking out of it between the bed and the wall and my son almost stepped on it. This came from the corner of the mattress as the plastic piece was just hanging off. On the second night of our stay, our key cards didn't work and we had to walk around the building to the front door to get in. No one was at the desk so we had to wait almost 10 minutes until the gal came in from outside where she had been smoking in a truck outside the door we tried to get in and watched us walk around and appeared to be laughing. No one was in the office when I checked out but the door was wide open so I left the key card on the desk inside the door. Breakfast was cereal, mini muffins, or bread for toast individually bagged in small ziplock baggies and milk in a styrofoam cups covered with aluminum foil and sitting in a tub of melting ice. Coffee machine didn't work in the breakfast room so had to go out to main siting room for that. Not impressed at all.

Better than some hotels. However, TV only had 15 channels, TV had a line from some type of damage in it, the wifi was so poor that none of our devices could connect.

It worked. Seemed clean. Staff were careful and friendly.
