"A Pleasant Stay at SureStay by Best Western Albuquerque"

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had a pleasant stay.

There was no freezer in the tiny refrigerator -- We use frozen bottles of water for our cooler and having a freezer enables to refreeze the bottles each night and keep travel foods cool the next day.

"Good hotel. Good value."

The property was right off main highway. Easy to find and get to. Lots of parking. All exterior doors were locked and opened with room key. NO issues with room key opening any doors. Breakfast was good.

No real area to allow for a dog to go to the bathroom.

It was nothing like it was described online or updated pictures, staff was rude as well

"We won’t be staying there again."

It was OK for an old property. They’ve done a good job at keeping it up.

The breakfast was pitiful. Nothing but cereal, some stale bread, and a limited choice of yogurt.
