Dog friendly, clean, easy access to stores etc

Bed was uncomfortable, our tv didn’t work no cable, WiFi was super slow. Dog feces all over facility no bags provided no space for dogs to poop. Check in woman didn’t tell us about amenities or times didn’t tell me about the dog charge, or how much deposit would be just charged my card! Didn’t tell us about breakfast at all but told other guests and we over heard hours being told to others. Not very friendly when checking us in Latina woman rude not informative

We liked the three room setup. Our room had three separate queen beds in one room with one queen bed separated by a door. It was nice to have a bed for both our boys.

The breakfast was bad. The egg omelet was just a plain cooked egg with a cheese slice in the middle. The wait for the waffles was long. Need two waffle makers. Need meat option for breakfast.

"Great staff, great stay!"

This Quality Inn was comfortable, welcoming, and clean, and just what a traveler needs after a day on the road. Check-in was quick, and the staff was professional. The best part of our stay was the manager's help in my self-made disaster. I left my laptop behind, and by the time I realized the problem, the room staff had turned it over the front desk for safe-keeping. I was in the middle of a number of business issues, and neutered without my laptop. Elle, the manager walked me through the UPS process of creating a label for shipment, then packaged and shipped the laptop to me. A real life-saver! We won't stay anywhere else in Albuquerque!

Pretty much everything but the bed.

The bed was like a rock. Since I was there to sleep, the overall rating is poor since I could not sleep.
