I liked that they were able to get us a room on the first floor (by the door) to make it easier to take our dog out.

Rooms were pretty small and there were not enough outlets. The walls in the bathroom had cracks in them like it was needing repair.

The a/c kept shutting off. Was kind of loud so woke us up several times throughout the night as it would shut off/on.

The room was filthy. The fridge and ac did not work properly. No water pressure. Breakfast was (eggs) were absolutely disgusting.

Location was in a questionable area. Rundown surroundings & homeless people about. Breakfast egg taco shaped was rubbery & why the chili beans made no sense!

Another nightstand, shelf in the bathroom because there was no place to put anything! It would also be nice if the mini fridge & microwave were up off the floor.

"Excellent value and great location to Kirtland AFB."

The rooms are basic but comfortable and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than hotels with similar ratings.
