Didn't like anything. Roaches everywhere!!! Staff also extremely rude

It was HORRIBLE!!! DONT STAY HERE!! The place is a wreck, there’s a huge metal gate at the registration, stuff stack up in the common area, rooms, hallways smell!! Pool was out of order, people knock on door before 10am wanting u to check out!!

The couple that run the hotel are very nice and pleasant. Not a fancy place but nicest one ive found for the price we paid. The couple that run the hotel are very accomidating and so kind.

The front employee was rude ,and very hard to understand. And didn't even use my reservation

Friendly Staff Needs Remodeling

I had a service dog and paper work. He said no since it was not on my booking no dogs allowed. He said he was going to call police if I did not leave. I advised I was calling police if he did not refund my money. I advised it was against the law to refuse a service dog. He then said he wanted ten dollars cash for the dog and he would give an old room in hotel. I refused I had already been given a room and was told dogs in trash room only. He refunded my money. I’m a gold Expedia member and don’t know why they allow this hotel to be rented by Expedia.ECO inn across street was better and cheaper don’t go there! The smell when you enter the hotel is disgusting.Stay away

When you walk in, entire left side ( lobby area) is full of pictures and furniture. ( apparently remodeling for over a year). Hair on the bed. Not enough pressure to take shower. Dead roaches. Killed 4 roaches within 1 hour. Took my shoe to the office, (which is completely barred up like a prison) and he tried to tell me i brought it from outside. Explained what happened and all i was told is that he sprays. Only 1 W/D. Outside appearance: ripped screens, half ass paint job, awning over side office entry door is broken and just hanging down over it. Barely speaks English. Sign up front says you only have 15 minutes to request a refund... like we knew!! My brother left the next day to go outside and when he came back, they were already in our room stripping both beds. Check out isn't till 2pm as stated on THEIR website and they were in there at 11am. No beverages, snacks or breakfast. NEVER EVER STAY THERE!

White socks automatically filthy within steps to the bathroom from the bed. Old towels and washcloths (stained). Man at desk was very nice but he took pics of my bank card which was unsettling. Check in time was great but having check out time by 2 pm was a few hours longer than most hotels. Indoor pool was closed, no continental breakfast and was pricey for the run down place but there were no bedbugs which was important

At check in I had to wait 5 min before someone checked me in. I couldn't understand clerk speaking at all. Very heavy accent. They advertise continental breakfast ... none offered not even coffee. We had to put a/c to 65 to cool room which took about 1-1/2 hrs. I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel ... we just slept and left by 9AM. At check out no one at desk and I waited 3-5 minutes. I couldn't get a checkout bill because no one came to desk.

It was a decent hotel. Haveing to go up stairs wasnt so easy . Beds was a little to hard for me
