Lights didn’t work and bed bugs. Refused refund when we complained

Everythimg was fine for a hotel of this price except my husband got out of bed and I happened to see a bedbug where he had been laying. Then I got up and looked at the box spring the mattress was on and sure enough there were some dead ones and shells there too.

The property was not as advertised at all. The rooms do not look like the picture. The fixtures and bed were in disrepair. Exposed wires were in the room. There was no smoke detector. The room did not look like it had been cleaned. The building reeked of marijuana. Not a safe place. Contrary to what they say in the ad there is no breakfast and no wifi. No other amenities either.

Had a delay in checking in. No soap for sink or shower. No internet or breakfast as listed on Hotels.com. They are going through a rehab which is good but please be honest when you list your property.

Never again will i book this place i booked a room with 3 beds they charged me extra for my kids who are all under 14 charged me a 20 deposit fee the floors was nasty my key worked when we left for the pool(which was nasty) came back and it didnt work had to have the girl fix it twice after waiting for her to return to the building because they left no breakfast and since they charged me 60 more than i booked for i have no money for my kids to eat, there was a roach crawling on someone elses door sink in my room was dirty tile in the floor was loose tub os disgusting and the staff is never here you have to call and wait for them to get here if you have a problem

Dirty rooms not worth 55 dollar stay. Needs to be finished in remodeling to look good or OK.

Facility in very poor condition. Advertised breakfast but there was none. No amenities. Just wanted to get out of there.

I didn't stay because they raised the rate 40 dollars and I couldn't get any help from you guys so much for a good company I will not be able to use your services again

Says free continental breakfast no there is nothing I have three kids but that was the least of my worries the roaches were just awful. need to call an exterminator

It was clean, useful, and just what I needed. The price was right. The bedding seemed dated and worn. Fixtures were dated some. Well worth what I paid. Quiet and pleasant.
