Reception on first two days. Housekeeping. Bed comfy

Noisy main road and think walls+windows. Reception on checkout. Cannot offer late checkout after 11 because the next guest is due at 3 and might checkin early (but has not requestes it). Ridiculously low levels of customer care

There was a distinct odor in the hotel and in my room. When I went to the front desk and inform them and the attendant said he was new and there was nothing he could do and that he couldn't call his manager because he was busy. I also said the TV wasn't working and he said he couldn't do anything about it. I won't stay here again

The bed was comfortable and the room right as very clean. I was able to get good rest there.

No amenities. No microwave, no ice machine, no vending machines. Probably the worst in room coffee I've ever tasted.

I was there for the World Cup, so I had to pay a fortune to stay there for 10 days

No shower gel or shampoo in the dispensers

I was jetlagged and was delighted to have a hot bath and fall into bed. I slept well and it was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly.
