"Terrible! I will never stay there again."

Toilet was backed up Staff didn't bring towels/ pillows when requested Phone jack was pulled out of wall, unusable Hair on the bathroom floor when arrived! And in tub. Extra charges upon check out that the attendant DIDN'T KNOW what they were and I was told to call the next day!
