Inn On Arsenal

I didn't like how they didn't clean the bathroom after the previous guests. The TV was sticky, the toilet had urine on the seat. It was very loud. The last 2 nights were horrible. Never again.

My room was clean, The lobby is not handicapped accessible unless you are already checked in. You have to enter into a side door, go through a exit into the garage and then reenter another part of the motel (with key card) to get to the lobby/rooms.

This property is a great location, but the management was not attentive to details: Improvements could include: 1) Fix towel bar in bathroom 2) Add a hoo to back of the bathroom door 3) Train the front staff to be more helpful and friendly 4) Always have front staff on site - AWOL for 20 minutes while waiting to check out 5) Add a comfortable sitting chair to the room All these suggestions are fixable, but reflect a lack of concern for guests

This is a bare bones, older motel. It was ok, the staff weren't super friendly. Our tv wasn't working properly and the person on duty acted like it was a great inconvenience to help us. There was a bit of dirt on the floor in our room when we arrived, and my husband found a previous guests' bra in a corner. There are no elevators, so plan on walking the stairs. It was quiet, beds were comfortable, and the price was cheaper than a lot of Boston.

Very convenient bus stops in front of hotel. The staff very friendly. Very noisy especially the front door slamming every time it is shut…plus construction going on around the area does not help.

Good location for us

No elevator

This was the most reasonable in the area for pricing. Gap under the door is big so not really quiet when people are going by. Can hear people in other rooms so not much insulating. Overall clean and that's important for me.
