Great location in relation to family we visited. Really nice lady at front desk.

Ants in two rooms, on ac unit, on beds, on countertop under tv. We moved twice which was a pain and then I couldn’t stop worrying that there were ants in the new room too.

Nothing. We refused to stay. Got refunded.

Walked in to a lobby that smelled like Marijuana. Was given key card to a filthy, occupied room (picture below. we opened the door to this).. Then, was given key card to a new room that had spiders in the bathtub, spiderwebS on the ceilings, and GLOBS of hair in the beds. We then went to the desk and said we were done. We were not staying in that filthy place. Requested a refund and went somewhere else. Of course, had to pay extra somewhere else and did not go through booking.com.
