"The place seems run down with a staff that was hardly ever available to help me at the front desk."

It was close to my daughters house.

There was hardly any staff available at the desk during my stay. I had signed up for a handicapped room which wasn't available when I got there. I am fully disabled and t hey tried to put me on the second floor with no elevator. The phone in my room didn't work and a replacement phone didn't work. Also the toilet got clogged up the first night I was there. I won't ever stay there again.

We have stayed here before I can say that they definitely did some of upgrades which was nice. However, the AC didn’t work very great when coming down the steps there was a soft spot in the floor. Somebody that was cooking on the second floor made the hallway Stinky. But the worst part is we stayed there Saturday today is Friday and I am still waiting on my deposit to be deposited back to my card. I have called them twice. They said they sent the deposit back to me. However, I still have not received it.

The room stunk. Window could not be opened so I couldn’t air the room out. Reception area was dingy.

The lovely lady at check-in is super-friendly. My request for a 1st floor room was granted on both stays, and my room was close to my car for easy moving of my stuff. In-room amenities were all excellent.

The deck area is nice, but needs an updated look.
