Quality Inn Cape Girardeau North

The breakfast was good. The area was safe & convenient to food, stores, & gas.

The room had clearly not been cleaned. The bedding was soiled like a dog had scooted across the sheet leaving a fecal matter trail. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub. There was a turd resting in the toilet bowl! Blood and mystery splatter on the sheets. The comforter had filth along the edges clearly never washed. The bedspread looked like it was wadded up and pulled back across the bed. Candy wrapper beside the bed. A booger wiped along the side of the mattress. The hallway smelled like a dirty diaper. The room smelled Disgusting! The front desk had given us new bedding for us to put on the bed. The “clean” bedding had cigarette burns and yellow stains on it. Just gross. If I could give a negative rating I would! Why charge an additional $50 room deposit for a one night stay in a health hazard room. You afraid someone will steal your bedbugs?

For a $120/night hotel, I expect a little more than what I got. The shower was dirty, sheets were stained, furniture was run-down. What was most alarming was the homeless person who was by the dumpster with a machete cutting wood that was yelling at random people in the parking lot. When I approached the front desk about him they said he "lived on the second floor". Avoid.

My husband and I like to get away sometimes on the weekend and a lot more than not we prefer Quality Inn over others, it is affordable; good location; rooms are nice and cozy, I would like to maybe request a little more hot breakfast.

Bathroom was terrible shower was half on half off because vaule was stuck! Wall was patched up behind door !

The bathroom had splatter on the wall. Unsure if it was blood or fecal matter. There was hair in the shower. The bath mat was moldy. 10/10 would not reccomend. Ever. Worst hotel/motel experience of my life.

Not worth it smelled dirty and moldy.
