Great place to stay clean relaxing very polite and welecoming

Fantastic

Only clean every 3 days. Rooms need painting bad. Toilet sits way too low. No safety bars in showrr or near toilet. Got to room amd the floor was soaked. Maid didnt ring out the mop when cleaning. Bathroom door wouldnt shut. Flys wete horrible. Front desk clerk only programmed our keys for 24 hours & we were there 5 nights 4 days. While tryi g to get in back door the clerk just watched us on camera. He stated he coukdnt see us but i looked right at the door when i stood at the desk. Vending machines were empty thru out entire stay. No eggs or bacon for a hot breakfadt. When you walk out back door the ac dripped on your head. Cigarette butts all over. Parking lot had majorr pot holes in. Room was very damp & humid.

I didn’t think to tale pics. Loved the pool just wish it had been cleaner and less murky looking. The hot tub was out of order, a lot of broken glass here and there. You could tell repairs and updating going on but the doors were hard to open and shut, the paint fumes were horrible and was making us dizzy. The room was clean and cold but not enough towels and things. The remote had a battery missing, very close to a helicopter landing zone. Staff were excellent and cery friendly.. need more variety for breakfast cause the food was good.. you can easily hear what’s going on in hall way and a few other rooms. Website said no dogs but many had dogs so need allergy meds.. all in all it was a nice stay just some warnings would of helped before booking.

Quick check-in, but the bathroom in the room would not lock. The breakfast options were very minimal and many options did not work / out of stock such as beverages (juice and milk)

Air purifier scent was pretty strong.

Peeling paint, bathroom door wouldn't latch, strong unpleasant scent, sticky uneven floors, ac would not get any colder. However the staff were very nice.
