Clean, quiet, comfortable place to spend a night.

Very dirty and run down

Broken furniture. Sticks holding windows closed, a room that shared the wall with the kitchen- breakfast prep started early with lots of slamming kitchen noises next to my head… at least it was (mostly) clean.

The condition of the place is evident when you 1st pull in the parking lot. Time for the owners to put some $$$$ into the upkeep! The smell of lysol(??) Was strong upon entering the falling apart front doors. The smell thankfully did not extend into the room, but we did notice it as soon as we opened the door. Front desk worker was kind and efficient. Bathroom door could not be closed all the way or you could be stuck in there. Paint was coming off just about everything. They only left 2 towels when the reservation and room capacity was for more people. Didnt even try the breakfast. Very small selection that looked ok, just wasnt our style. There was the chirping sound of a smoke detector going off about every 20-30secs all night right outside the room. Really, we just needed a place to crash for 1 night between some locations, so it worked. Definitely will NOT stay again.

Hot tub had green water at the bottom. Pool did not have chlorine smell. Pool area needed to be swept (garbage laying around). Different did barking at night. No new handsoap. Used bar still left. A coucple of the receptionists were very helpful.

I have stayed at many value hotels in the area and this one was a gem in a pile of rocks. The staff was lovely, the facilities were clean, the pool was well kept (the spa was not operational). The breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy and waffles, not just cold cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is a little run down, but the rooms were comfortable. It was conveniently located to where I was supposed to visit.

They showed hot being available and then said it been broken for 2 years.

Super nice, helpful people. Clean room, good breakfast. Only thing that I don't like is the drastic difference between off season and in season rates, seemed a little done. This is our second time at this RRI, we came back for the friendliness and jetted suite, but we shop around for a lower summer next tho. But other than price, we had no complaints.
