It was right off of the highway. Plenty of restaurants up the road. Room was clean. Went to office to ask for toilet paper. Wanted coffee and they made some

Nasty room. no handle on the sink, stained bath curtain, no water stopper, floors were so oily you did not want to take off your shoes, missing baseboard exposed mold like substance on the wall. One roll of tp that did not fit. (see photos) The towels were filthy including the wash cloths. The positive was on the checkout the woman was professional and dressed professionally 11/8/2024.

Great staff. This is america. If you need the hilton, go there. This is budget hotel and does the job if you aint a princess

I do not recommend coming here, we paid in advance because we had plans for the bristol race, we were told check in was at 2 oclock and when we arrived they had just started cleaning the rooms. once we finally got a key to the room we were staying in we walked in and there was a lady sucking up bugs with a vacuum and the floor was soaking wet. the ac was leaking water very bad. the gap between the door and the floor is almost an inch or more. one of the employees was looking through our window while we were in the room!! not to mention the piles of trash on the outside of the building. i dont recommend coming here, YOUR BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR!!!!

If you like Roaches and filth then this is the place for you!!! This location is a homeless and transient resident facility, NOT a motel. They need to remove the MOTEL sign. This location is not a safe or healthy place to be!

This establishment should be shut down by the local health department. I will list just a few of the complaints I have. The room smelled very badly of bleach. The sheets were dirty; I would mention what the stains looked like but I will leave that up to the imagination of anyone that goes there. The floors were filthy. The toilet paper holder was falling out from the wall. There were people in the next room with at least three dogs. I have a dog. I do not believe three dogs should be allowed.

Hotel check in and checkout was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay here again next time

Had another reservation at a hotel down the street, but they had a mix up on reservation. So had to find another place to stay. Did not realize this was an extremely busy weekend because of a race, This one looked nice in pictures, so we went there. Cleaning lady was folding sheets in the lobby/front desk area, as she was doing this they we getting dragged across the floor. I over looked that. I asked if they had a room and they said they did, someone checked out early…… (I know why now) we asked to see a room first. The first room they showed us I went in and looked at the bathroom. There was toilet paper in the toilet and fecus all over the toilet and it smelled the smoke. I said they room is NOT clean, then they showed me another. This was a tad bit better, not much, but the bathroom was better. We were in a bind so thought we would stay there so we agreed. They wanted to charge a $80 deposit on the room, on top of the rate. But stated we would get it back. The bath tub looked like it was painted with a brush and had chunks of paint coming off, the room door with connected directly to the out side you could literally put a pencil in between the door and the frame and see out side. I was not away of hotels still having smoking rooms. From the looks of this place people live here. The photos on the internet look better than it really is. Not worth the $150 plus.

Took 10 minutes to get someone to unlock the office and another 20 to get a room (pre booked). WILL not be sating there again
