The pancake machine was cool. I would have liked to have cream with the coffee.

I had trouble with my TV remote both nights, and the nice fellow at the desk had to make 3 tries before he was able to fix it. I suggest that your guests that have brought dogs be given a roll of poop bags when they check in. I picked up after my dogs but I noticed other guests did not. Maybe they were bags less.

The front desk had my car towed for no reason never looking on the registration paperwork to make sure my truck was registered with the property to a guest. No one said anything to me whatsoever and then when I asked about it they refused to help me and told me to get out of the property by 11:00 a.m. check out left me with no vehicle and no compensation or sorry

How I was treated by the front desk and the general manager in regards to this issue

Not enough for breakfast

That the jets in the hot tub weren't working & the pancake maker disappeared on my 2 of 3 mornings
