The property did not return the payment we cancelled the booking because it’s not pet friendly( cat) I already made a payment but it was already deducted in my bank

The bed smelled like cigarettes 🚬 burns on the toilet seat Room was not cleaned well. Front desk was not very welcoming.

Simple and easy to stay in. Nice hot shower and hot tub.

Need to include a full breakfast, not just a pancake or waffle machine. Would make the stay a little nicer.

Location. The night desk person did attempt to fix the TV issue but it just quit about an hour later and I didn't bother again.

Very outdated, TV didn't work, smelly (musty, old smoke, and overpowering lemon cleanser) pool was very muggy and you couldn't go to the outside area from the pool. It was also very chlorinated. The "breakfast" didn't have many options (granola bars, instant oatmeal, and very green bananas. There was a pancake machine though). And one of my kids was told the juice was only for breakfast hours. There's no sign or anything saying so. When checking out the lady at the desk was on her phone texting while 2 of us were waiting to check out. Overall a disappointment.

The location is convenient to dinining and outlook shopping. Easy and close access to freeway. The facility was clean and bed comfortable.

The facility while clean, is old and in need of refurbishing. The hall way carpet is worn and buckled which is a tripping hazard. The room decor, furnishings - all old, outdated, worn or broken. The breakfast was disappointing offering coffee, pancakes, instant outmeal mixes (with no available milk???) and orange/apple juice. We asked for a handicap accessible room which they said would be accommodated. When checking in, was advised there were no handicapped rooms accessible - no apologies offered! We were unable at that point to get a refund. Will not be staying there again . . .

The staff was amazing and cheerful.
