Ted at the Front Desk was great. The room, shower, and bed were comfortable. The amenities such as wi-fi, TV, and pool were a plus. What needs improvement is the overall cleanliness and maintenance; the accent chair in the room was visibly dirty, caked with a couple of diferent colored and textured materials I stayed away from. The pool's interior floor coating was stained a green algae seeming color. Also, the hot tub was hot and usable, but the jets were not working and one of the three canisters on the floor was missing it's screws and free to move with your foot. Lastly, the breakfast was lacking. It was only bananas, granola bar, juices, and pancakes.

Great location. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Clean rooms a bit outdated. Very helpful, courteous staff.

The pancake machine was broken for both mornings we were there which was disappointing as that is one thing the kids look forward to.
