There were cockroaches in the room. The floor was dirty. The breakfast was extremely lacking, only offering a handful of mostly cold options.

The room was clean and comfortable and the stall was friendly and helpful

Breakfast, cereal, milk, bagel, muffins would be closer to a breakfast The doors to the rooms are very hard to open

Staff was good and room was good. I did not have any issues other than the way the room was booked caused issues and we had to do double payments and wait for refunds.

The area around the hotel had homeless and other non desirable people around it if you were walking around, which I did. The food areas close to hotel are normal fast food if walking.
