Abused by the front desk around 5:30 PM. I had checked out earlier that day and picked up my bags. Was heading to the airport and had to dig out passport. After I had unpacked a few things, I was then threatened by the young man behind desk: "I am locking the lobby. You have 3 minutes, then I'm calling the police." WTF? In what world? No reason given; apparently they are understaffed and have to lock the lobby if the 1 person there has to take a piss break or go smoke. I was a guest and stayed there for a number of days, not a vagrant. Who does that to PAYING CUSTOMERS? Otherwise, the tattered old room with several broken appliances and free decent coffee were fine! Morning and afternoon desk staff were normal and not mean.

Where do I start? The pictures are lies. It is so run down, in a sketchy area. Felt so unsafe there we left after a night. The sick faucet was installed poorly so you couldn't even wash your hands. It said it came with a tub for the kids, but it was a walk in shower. The window had a removable stick used to keep it closed so no one could break in. People woke us up screaming at each other at 3am. There were bugs right outside our door, so we had to walk threw the swarm to get into the room. When we were leaving and checking to make sure we had everything, in the chair cushions was mouse poop. There was no storage or anywhere to put our things. Save yourself and don't even bother with this place
