Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Owner is a conman 1037765266 I was treated rudely by the front desk and the owner. Booked room online and paid for it then was demanded a $100 deposit when I arrived, that was not mentioned when booking. Internet didn't work. Water was shut off the entire day. They had no pool, no sundries shop, no breakfast, check out at eleven, no fitness room and the entire property was as ghetto as it comes. The owner (Patel) told me all hotels charge deposit, which is a blatant lie. I have never been charged a deposit when staying at Marriott, Hilton, Best Western, Holiday Inn and several other hotel/motels. They will ask you for a certain dollar amount on your credit card for incidentals and room service charges, however, you can decline if you will not be using the services available for room charges, then the owner told me that was a lie. He was gas lighting like a typical scammer, that's how his kind are wired. This was an atrocious experience full of lies, noise, rudeness and a less then desirable demographic to go with the hood rat mentality here.

The property is quiet n peaceful located in a good location , center of town very near to shopping & businesses, the staff was friendly but not well informed, the bed was comfortable the air conditioner worked very well, hot water was great in the shower.

The shower nozzle was not screwed securely so it was difficult to use without the handle falling off, the first night I did have the do not disturb sign so I received no service which was fine but I extended my stay & removed the sign for service I did not receive any service for the remaining 3 days I extended no fresh towels no toilet paper nothing I had to find a housekeeper for towels & only had a couple available that were clean & she handed me toilet paper, another night I called the front desk for towels which she accommodated. I also requested from the front desk to be moved to a first floor my second night because I have my uncle visiting me & he is handicapped & he can visit me with no elevator on property to my room which was on the 3 rd floor, the front desk said that she would take care in the morning because she had nothing that available at that time the following day I inquired explaining I needed a first floor room because my uncle is handicapped he could not climb the stairs , I was told they were cleaning the rooms on the first floor & they would let me know. Never heard back. I had to pay for a second room else where for my uncle to stay.

The price was good and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and friendly. Received the deposit back on my card in a quick and timely manner.

The door swung in and hit the wall hard and fast, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable, and the location definitely was a little worrisome.

Loved how it was close to stores!

We had to wait an hour to check in knowing my time was 11am
