Our room was clean, Mattresses were comfortable. It was quiet at night. Staff was very friendly. Hairdryer didnt work but front desk gave us another one to use. Walls in our room had holes in wall that although they had been patched, had not been painted. Lobby had an unusual smell.

Curtains had holes in them. The blanket under the comforter also had holes in them. The entire hotel could use an updating.

You will not find better staff anywhere! With 4 kids still at home the room with 3 queen beds is the best idea ever! It makes the sleeping arrangements comfortable without having to get 2 rooms! Cannot thank you enough for this!

It wasn't where I expected when I made the reservation. My fault entirely, as I had put in Missouri and Super 8 was actually in Illinois (within 15 miles of the city I had input). But what a delightful "wrong" turn. Nice drive there, and the directions out led me thru a nice neighborhood and eventually riding alongside the Mississippi River.

"Bedbugs. Check before you take your stuff in!"

Check your beds for bugs before you take your stuff in! I normally always do a bed check when we stay away from home, but for some reason, I didn’t this trip. The one time we throw our stuff in the room, change clothes and leave is the time both beds had bugs. We left in the middle of the night and drove back home, itching like crazy and googling how not to spread them to our house. The lady at the front desk was super nice about the whole situation, and the manager refunded our money. We had to cancel our plans for the next day, and our bites still itch, but, never again will I rush around and not immediately check for bed bugs. Lesson learned.
