Worst experience ever and they are infested with bed bugs do not stay there. The person at the front desk was rude and didn’t service us at all and wouldn’t even change our rooms please stay far away from this place until they call pest control
Other then the location everything about the hotel is a miss, the room assiged had broken knobs and AC wasnt functioning, the late nigh front desk somehow managed after a while to give an alternate room , the bed sheets had stains on them, and the room AC was working like a slow fan, when told to the manager(apparently seemed like the owner), she ignored as if it wasnt any big deal. My 2 cents, stay away from this property, not worth a dime
I get it’s a no-frills place, but it just felt dirty and occupied buy drug addicts. Halls smelled heavily of pot, questionable people in the lobby and parking lot…made me confirm my car was locked and parked under lights. Hotels.com info was wrong in that breakfast ends at 9 and there is no pool.

This is totally a waste hotel. very small room. no proper breakfast. images shown are not matching with the room
Air conditioning and TV worked. Not much else. Lights didn’t work. Door would not lock unless lifted. Bed’s uncomfortable. No working smoke detectors in room.
Save yourself from trouble. This place was terrible! Horrible service, NOT safe and very unprofessional. The rooms were not locking properly, had to carry belongings with me at all times everywhere my family and went. They changed the room on the last day and the beds were not Queen size. They were full size. Bedsheets were ripped. Breakfast that was complimentary was a disaster. The milk was snatched from my hands and my daughter. I would never recommend anyone staying at this location. Have been to motels and hostels and have been more satisfied as a customer traveling with family.
Suppose to stay two night; left the night after the first night Bed bugs, workers over the phone don’t want to believe us.
The parking was different, if you aren't familiar with the area, you can't pull out of the parking lot and turn left unless you drive through a few parking lots (that have broken glass on the ground to avoid). It's a safe place to stay otherwise.
Customer service was not up to the mark. But rooms were ok. Not worth it what i pay for. Badsheets and blankets were ripped and it had some holes.
