"A smiling staff always helps "

Very friendly staff at the front desk for a late night check-in. I observed them handle a difficult situation in a very professional manner. Great waffles too!

The front desk executive both morning and evening were not friendly ...the room we checked into did not have the waste basket emptied from the previous guests ...the breakfast provided was pathetic ...i would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel...I have been staying at various hotels Ina span of 10 years but this experience was the worst....

The building is really run down. I can’t imagine what a room would be like. A lot of traffic because of a car wash directly beside the motel. The motel on the other side looked even worse and unsafe.

"Save your money "

We waited 20 minutes for someone to finally come out and check us in, the shower in our room did not drain properly, the shampoo and conditioner samples were opened already, the breakfast was tiny muffins and items that could go in a toaster (bagels, toast, etc.). They didn’t give the password to the WiFi at check in. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and My husband and I are still having back pain 2 days later.

Floors in room were sticky, even with shoes on. Door to outside was awful..you could see daylight all around it. I stuffed a towel in the bottom to try to keep out any "critters". TV and channels were almost impossible to figure out..very frustrating...some instructions would have been nice. There were 2 laminated pages , one with available channels. Both sheets were sticky. Towels were skimpy. Breakfast was practically non existent.
