Request a refund. Due to a bridge collapse, the hotel called my husband whom I made reservations for & told him his reservation was cancelled due to flooding. Please reply to my refund request.

Rooms made you feel dirty. Stuff splattered on walls, sheets stained (or not washed) I slept without. Blanket full of holes and bedspread spots all over it. Dead bugs on the floor by tv and bathroom. Hair on bathroom floor. Didn’t feel I could take my shoes off the entire stay. Check in staff ladies were super nice, made you feel very welcome.

No staff Had to plug my own toilet.... Had to stay another night ... he charged more No room cleaning.... except what we cleaned No service at all No Breakfast ( could have individual pack items) Covid is the perfect excuse to cut this out) Bathroom deplorable Floor filthy Much more........ Had we not been desperate we would left. The very worst thing... we were on 2nd floor... the steps were snowed on ice.... we had to hold on the railing with both hands to get to room... my wife had 2 knee surgeries.... I was freaking out. The whole 3 days ⚠️Never made an attempt to de ice.... we left in the same manner!

I reserved my room online the day before i arrived, and my room wasn't ready because the tenants from the previous night were still there. This happened between 11:30 and 12:00. Checkout time is 11:00. They had to put me in another room. The bedspread had stains in it. Other than that, my stay was good.

You pay for what you get so I don't expect much however the room reeked of cleaning chemicals and the floor was grossly sticky for most of the day and the shower curtain looked like it was starting to grow mold

The staff was great! The hotel was very difficult to find. The price for this mediocre place was extremely high! Not my best pick for a hotel. The insurance was ridiculous!

Asked online for a down stairs room was told when we got there couldn’t have one cause not in the price range. Handicap and had to climb the stairs that was not right
