It was centrally located.

The stay was sub par, the shower curtain appeared to be falling apart, not good. The linen needed to be refreshed.

It was ok for the price, but the refrigerator wasn’t on. When I turned it on, it made a loud noise all night. The room also smelled musty

It was very nice and the staff was very helpful.

The room was clean enough, but the bathroom floor could have been cleaner around the toilet and in the corners. The filter in the AC/heat unit was covered in dust - nothing I wanted to breathe in. Breakfast is listed as an amenity but is totally non-existent.

Room was horrible. To start off, walking down the hallway smelt like a Willie Nelson concert. The smell of marijuana was throughout the whole first floor. Once we got into the room, there was exposed wires in the bathroom, the toilet didn't work, repairs on electrical sockets in room near beds were open and stuffed with paper, when I tried plugging something into the wall, the socket sparked. The tv batteries died as soon as I tried turning on the tv. The fridge made noises similar to a truck using its air brakes. There were cigarette burns on our blankets in a non-smoking room. Once we laid in bed, we immediately started itching. The hotel didn't have a continental breakfast as advertised. We ended up leaving earlier than expected just to get away from this place. Also, the hotel receptionist in the morning was rude and seemed to have an attitude. We never got the paperwork showing we checked out. It took them until almost 9 hours after we left to check us out. I wouldn't stay here again if it was my only option, I'd sleep in the car before this place. To be under the wyndham name, im disappointed

Everything was horrible, it wasn’t clean, the carpet was disgusting, there was hair all over the shower and wrapped in every “clean” towels, shower pressure was absolutely horrible, there was 1 pillow in the KING SIZE BED, there were NO trash bags or liners in the ice bucket/ trash can, no phone in room, no iron and website says wifi but you have to request password from manager. We stayed in a business sweet…never again. 0/5 stars.

Not the cleanest. Was charged twice and I complained . The old man at the desk accused me of lying and the recept I showed him was not printed from them. Accused of making it up. Told him I already called my card company and he called me a lier because it was 7 am and I can't call till 9

Old, diety, dingy. Breakfast was coffee with dry creamer, not even sugar!! 3 in our party, all had pooe experience. Were billed at the feont desk after paying online. Feont desk accused us of lying. Worst hotel experience ever.

When we arrived at the hotel I told gentleman at front desk my wife has a service dog. He asked what for, told him it was a cardiac dog. He laughed and said that was not approved by the state of Arkansas. Told him was incorrect, but I would pay as I did t want any trouble. He preceded to tell me I couldn’t read, and how he knows the law. Really? Act 652 Was passed in Arkansas, in April 2017 and for sure covers a cardiac service dog. We went back again 4 days later, just to see what would happen. The lady at the desk said the same as the other guy, and again I had to pay extra for my wife’s service dog. So I was charged both times for my wife’s service dog. It’s not about the money at all, it’s all about principle now and scamming your customers out of money. Regardless if it’s 1.00 or 40.00, a scam is a scam. We are filing a complaint with the state and the ADA, better business bureau and who ever else can help stop this type of scam. No excuse for this. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention the rooms are old and in need of repair and serious updates. Stay here at your own risk!

The bathroom was filthy. There was a HOLE IN THE BATHTUB! The pillows smelled bad. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread of my non-smoking room. The hotel, itself, looked grimy and desperately in need of a fresh paint job.
