No cold water at the sink, could not shut the bathroom door, room was not clean good, the refrigerator was not plugged in and cold, the room was not cold with ac after we booked the room, floors were nasty, and the biggest upset was it was advertised as breakfast and it was only coffee but the room we stayed in and the lobby area is in need of a major upgrade and the was no one at the desk when it was time to check out to give me a receipt it said I had to email someone to get the receipt

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in was minimal. Clerk did not speak except to ask my name and state the room #. There was no breakfast as advertised, the laundry was out of order and we chose this site so we could do laundry. The doors were all coming apart. Exterior doors would not open and close without great effort and when we got up at 6 all exterior doors were open, so zero security. We stayed at a super 8 the night before so I know this is not typical of super 8. You should pull your name off this location

Nothing we can say positive. We had to check out in an hour after check in. We lost our money. It was a terrible hotel.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were hot but cooled off after air was turned on. Blankets and sheets had holes in them but appeared clean.

The owners were most helpful. Helped me with luggage cart and found a step stool as the bed was so high I couldn't get onto it.

There were no grab bars in the shower. The bed was top high the whole place needed an update. Very shabby

Room was not very clean found other people's stuff inside. was really worn down. The sheets and towels atleast smelled like they where washed in bleach so thats good. They showed pictures of a breakfast but there was nothing but some folgers coffee for paying over 100 bucks I would spend the extra 30 for a nicer place. cool they had 3 full sizes beds on the room but not worth the 126 I paid. Next time ill read more reviews. Also felt mildly sketchy but we thank God were safe the whole night. Eveing staff was nice.

Location

Dirty and run down. Lobby smelled of marijuana. Bathroom was the dirtiest I’ve seen and the blankets had stuff on them that obviously could’ve been taken care of if washed properly or at all.

The manager on site was excellent. very friendly and professional.

Front desk clerks and housekeepers were amazing and friendly. This is by far my best hotel experience.
