"Pleasantly surprised"

I had a nice stay. It was clean, quiet, great internet, comfortable, easy access to interstate. The staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel. I thought the price was very reasonable and the amenities were good. I booked it online and it was easy. Check in and check out was quick.

"Cockroaches"

We checked in and was checking the room and we found they had cockroaches and when we took them to the front desk in a bag the lady got Mad and refused to give us a refund so we lost our money and slept in the car

"Good"

With the air conditioning set on 70° the room still was musty and very humid. The sheets felt clammy, the whole room felt clammy.

"Not recommend"

They are very cheap. Barr minimal. Toilet didn’t work. Breakfast was gone before I could get downstairs and you aren’t allowed to take your kids in there with you. 2 tiny pillows on each bed. Tv quality was poor. Air conditioning was the only thing that worked well and even that was turned off when we got there.

"Close as I could get to Grandchildren for Christma"

I used to be road warrior so I might be a little picky. Issues I saw: No "Do Not Disturb" for door, No shampoo till I talked to cart and got it.Toilet needed servicing, and mounted correctly. Bathroom needs good cleaning. No Sanitary sleeve for Ice bucket. No clock alarm in room.

"A mad customer these people are crooks"

First of all they walked in our room at 830 am with barly a 2 second knock then lied on us and took 150 dollars extra off my debit card because we had trash we took out ourselves with stuff it from my car we cleaned our own room it was spotless they tried to keep my phone charger denying it was there at first just horrable no breakfast or coffee when I woke up

"Not Pleased AT ALL"

The room was old and unkept. There was gum on the lamp post, hole and dirt on wall, the light over the sink kept going on and off as in House of Horror. Also, there was a hole under the door that was wide enough to slide objects in and out(I know because I tried). The location was great but the room was very unpleasant.
