"Horrendous "

Almost bottomed out our car from the ruts in front of hotel. When we got inside, I asked if there was an elevator and was told 'no'. I am a Platinum Wyndham Rewards member and know this isn't a 4 star, but I expected better. Since there wasn't an elevator, I asked if we could be on 1st floor - didn't look at computer, just said no. Since the property looked kind of seedy ( nothing like the picture), we asked to see a room and he refused. We left and Wyndham did cancel our reservation.

"Okay Budget Motel - Rude Service"

Okay budget hotel. Started off on the wrong foot upon check-in. Clerk/Manager repeatedly asked for my debit/credit card to process the payment. I explained to him that I paid for the reservation online and didn't understand why he needed my debit/credit card. He stated that this was, "not his problem". So I called Hotels.com and ask them to speak with the Clerk/Manager to get it worked out. I eventually got my room and they didn't have an opportunity to bill me again, but I will NEVER stay here again.

Orbitz hooked me up with a smoking room... not what I wanted... the desk clerk fixed that but my room had bare drywall mud on one wall... not horrible, but strange... the road in front was like trying to four wheel in a sedan... not their fault but a serious issue...

"Hotel experience"

Hotel experience was one of the best I’ve had in my travel career. Location was close to convenient restaurants and shopping. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely stop here at this hotel on our travels in the future
