American INN of Orangeburg

This hotel should be closed down! The curtains were old..ragedy. The walls were dirty. The bed headborad was dirty and dusty. The bathroom was dingy. The towels were dirty. Disgusting!!

The picture they display on the web is NOT the conditions of the room! Water damage everywhere and they no hygiene products for you in the rooms except a cheap bar of soap.

Everything was great the room was nice stayed out again

First thing first. There was drinks left in the fridge of the room molded over and fridge did not work. Jewelry was found in the bed sheets along with cigarette burns. There is more holes in the walls then lights that work in the room The only lights that worked in the room was the one in between the beds and bathroom/sink The remote did not change the channel to the tv. If there is any problem I have pictures of everything thinks and would like a refund

Half the parking lot was taken up by the canopy that was on the ground from where someone hit it and toppled it! The bathroom was dirty... shower curtain was filthy! The place could certainly use some updating. Although I have to say it is a typical pet friendly motel!

The worst place ever. First it was very isolated and seemed to be in unsafe area. Then I had to stand outside around midnight and ring a bell and wait for him to come to door in middle of night. Appeared he was sleeping. He wasn’t friendly. After I checked in I drive to room and there is only like 2 cars in lot. Room was terrible and I left immediately!!

It was convenient for a one night stay. The bathroom wasn’t too clean, the refrigerator and microwave was raggedy but we didn’t have to use it. Reasonable price.

The housekeeper need to check the bedspread and blanket more.
