USUSI made a late reservation and shortly after, got a phone call that made me change my plans. I stopped at the location and the man at the desk was able to cancel my reservation even though it was late in the evening. That is exemplary customer service that gives me confidence that the rest of my stay would have been very good. I will be back in Belleville and this will be my stay of choice at that time. They have no idea how much they helped me.
USClean and modern. Staff was friendly. Nice location. Quiet. Located by a steakhouse which was excellent. Overall very satisfied and will stay again when in the area.
Nice hotel, stayed two nights. Staff was personable and helpful. Clean throughout. Looks as if it has been remodeled recently, everything appeared new and in very good condition. Zero complaints with this hotel. We will most certainly stay here again when in the area.
