"Rude customer service"

front desk person was very rude.After being on the road for 12 hours I had made a reservation for Wednesday night. we didn't arrive until after midnight Thursday morning. He said I made the reservation for Thursday night . I already paid for what I thought was Wednesday night 2 hours before arriving. He then wanted to charge me for Wednesday night instead of changing the payment from Thursday night to Wednesday that I thought I paid for. He said I would have to pay for both nights. basically he said I would have to pay for both nights and told me if I didn't want to to f*** off and leave. We were on a road trip and I wasn't going to stay there for another extra day and only wanted to sleep for 5 hours to leave in the morning.

The front desk guy Billy was very nice,. The location was good. Beds where very comfy.

The room could be cleaner. Room didn't smell very good.
