We stayed in a room that had an adjoining door, the first night was peaceful, the second night with a new neighbor was unexpected and we hardly slept. I called the from office on Saturday morning and was told we would be moved but we weren’t.

Nothing. This place was disgusting.

Burn holes in the linens, pubic hairs on the "clean" towels, sheets were dirty and didn't fit the beds. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. We sat there for about an hour and then just left. Disgusting!

The staff was nice

The rooms and outside smelled of cat urine scufs all over the walls ac made loud noise all night door lock was broken our towels were stained the pool was dirty there was cat food all around pool people cloths trash and the breakfast was muffins cereal bagels they do have a waffle station buts thats the only warm food.

Dead bugs in the bathroom including in the light. Stained sheets and burn marks on cover TERRIBLE small pillows offer no support The entire room needs updating and maintenance Shower rod dips so the curtain slips to the middle and water falls out of the shower Breakfast choice is very small as are the cups and bowls Invest in your business. Have some pride in your hotel!
