The breakfast was minimal with no protein, just carbohydrates.

The room had no smoke detectors at all. This is a violation of fire codes and could get someone killed. The toilet stopped up multiple times during our overnight stay. I was given a plunger to unstop it myself. No one of staff offered to fix it. I asked for some kind of refund for the toilet problems. The man at the desk said he would "take care of it". I have yet to see any kind of credit on my credit card, so he did nothing.
