Clean, friendly personnel. Truly a satisfying visit.

Property had alot of trash everywhere and people where outside drinking and yelling past 2 am

When we walked into the lobby there was a lady asking to use a charger and the guy behind the counter asked if she had a room, the lady began freaking out because she did not have a room. Then we get our room and outside is a car that had towels over the window and smelled so horrible. The room smelled horrible. The bed had a flat sheet as a fitted sheet. All in all I felt like the place was horrible and I will never make the mistake to stay there again.

First room we got had a sock on the floor, tv didn’t work and the toilet was dirty and couldn’t flush. Lady at the front desk was very nice and got us a different room. That room was much cleaner but the tv didn’t work in it either.

Better than expected, especially for Wooster!

I sleep late and rarely am awake before 10 in the morning. I only received a set of towels. And that only happened when I opened the doors. They said they would come back but didn't. I called the front desk; she said it was "full that night". What BS!!! The parking lot wasn't full. So I only received the towels. I was very unhappy about the

Quiet and clean

The check-in was easy because the staff was polite and attentive. the room had an external entry so we could park right at our door - great for unloading. The room also had a doo that opening into the central corridor of the motel so that we did not need to go outdoors to go to the desk or the breakfast area.

Manager remarked that I have stayed with them before. It was kind of him. Nice room and accommodations for a very good rate.
