I thought there was a spider in the shower, but it was just a hole in the tub shower head. Needs to be changed or cleaned

Our bed had stains all over it. Properly was a bit run down. Besides those to things staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was good but cleaning needs improved

When we arrived the front desk clerk was asleep and we had to wake him. We had to go to the front desk at least 4-6 times just to get back into our room after stepping out bc none of the keys would work, not even the master key the staff tried to use and our stuff was all inside of the room already. Finally he got us back into the room. My dad used the bathroom and the toilet would not stop running, we check the toilet since it’s still running about 20-30 mins later and the whole bathroom floor was flooded from it, and also the towels had dirty spots on them. (Not sure what it was) We found a couple baby roaches as well crawling around near the beds. Finally we got switched to a different room upstairs and had no more issues after that. I will say the staff is great and very friendly and he did his absolute best to assure our stay was comfortable, he even upgraded our room out of kindness bc of all the issues.

The dumpster was way over full old furniture and mattress and microwave sitting out making it look very nasty and dirty on the outside and not a very good choice of breakfast

The room was in very good condition, and very clean, except for a noticeable smoking odor when first entering the room. despite it being a non-smoking room with plenty of signage advising a fine for violation. I checked for signs of bedbugs and did not find anything.The free breakfast was very nice with your choice of waffles, bagels, cereal and more along with coffee and juice.

Filthy!!! Absolutely Disgusting!!! Room had pubic hairs all over bathroom tub, floor, toilet, counter tops… no fitted sheets. Burn holes in the bedding… I offered to clean and they didn’t not even have cleaning solution ! Breakfast just as disgusting dirty !
