The worst customer service I have ever had! Booked a deluxe king room on Bookings.com. The first room had not been cleaned in weeks, the second room was a double queen. They advise Bookings.com had sent incorrect info asking for a queen room, after I showed them my Bookings.com confirmation & they said they would not refund me anything or do anything to correct the error. I walked out & found better & nicer accommodations.

Do not stay at this property. It is not cared for. Pool is closed with toys in it. The meeting room looks like the family is living in it. The staff is rude. The room is the worst I have ever stayed in. Across the street is a motel. Owned by retired couple should have stayed there. Everyone in town even says the motel is better than this property. The staff at the hotel do not care about you or your stay.

Odor in room was noxious, air conditioning was working properly and the carpets needed to be vacuumed

The manager screamed and yelled in my face the night after my wedding. I’m very pregnant as well. We put in our reservation that we had pets and he said that we didn’t tell the desk so we had to pay a $200 fee. When I tried to explain that we did inform them as it was in our reservation he screamed and yelled at me in my face and threatened to call the police on me. The Wi-Fi was horrible and the bedspread has stains everywhere as well.

Hotel is in terrible condition. Leaky stool and sink. Carpet torn. Entrance is really bad and not taken care of. Swim pool boarded up. Weeds everywhere. Lawn not mowed. Clerk at desk very nice. Continental breakfast so sad. Scary to even sit in lobby. Needs state inspection. Never stay there again. We were there for our mothers funeral.

Stains/holes in bedspread, dishonest staff who double charged me, then refunded when I called my credit card company. Broken lock on room door, no housekeeping for 3 days of my 4 day stay (no towels, no toiletry items, no toilet paper, etc). Room was dirty, crumbs in microwave. The outside door to the hotel was not locked. Exposed waterpipes in bathroom. Dirty hallway/entryways. They stole my personal soap on the one day that they brought me new towels. Garbage was littered all around the outside of the property.

Room had been renovated recently. It was obvious that the shower, tile, countertop, etc in the bathroom had been replaced, for example. Fellow who checked me in was quite friendly and helpful.

Comfort of room, cleanliness of room, Located right next to a gas station/convenience store/Burger King combo.

Breakfast was ok but could have more choices. Normally don't eat anything until 9:30 - 10 and maybe just a English muffin with peanut butter and honey.

Oder in entryway & hallways. building needs more fresh air circulation !!!! Got an early start Sunday and wanted coffee before leaving, coffee wasn't even started by 6:20 am !!
