"I will not ever return to this hotel!!"

I like that there was a indoor pool for my children to swim.

The service was horrible no one cleaned my room after ask several times. The breakfast was very tacky and cheap. By far the worst experience I’ve had with a best western facility.

This is really a review of Expedia. Due to storm damage to my house I booked a room through Expedia but due to the same storm, this hotel was not open and I've been trying to get a refund of the prepayment of the room through Expedia. I'm sure there is some way of contacting Expedia but I cannot find it on their web site.

"Worst Stay In My Life"

I should have read the reviews. A person week ago posted in the reviews, their room, the bed had bed bugs. I booked a handicap room with an open shower which I was stuck in a room with a bathtub. I fell and hurt my back due to I can barely walk getting in and out the tub. Indian lady was very rude during our stay. I will not stay there ever again!!!!
